Excellent First-Layer Adhesion Without Adhesives

The Bambu Textured PEI Plate is engineered to deliver reliable first-layer adhesion through an optimized manufacturing process. The enhanced surface bonding significantly reduces the need for additional adhesives, providing a cleaner and more efficient printing workflow.

*For certain specialty filaments, glue may still be recommended under specific conditions.

Self-Release Prints After Cooling

Thanks to the thermal stability of PEI, prints release naturally once the build plate cools down. When the heatbed temperature drops to around 35℃ or lower, most models can be removed effortlessly without tools.

If additional assistance is needed, a gentle bend of the spring steel plate allows the printed model to detach smoothly.

Compatible with a Wide Range of Filaments

The PEI surface supports printing with common filaments such as PLA, TPU, and PETG, while also performing reliably with high-temperature materials including ABS and Nylon.

This versatility makes the textured PEI plate suitable for both everyday printing and more demanding engineering applications.

Enhanced Magnetic Stability to Reduce Warping

Built around a 0.5mm stainless steel core, the Bambu Textured PEI Plate delivers strong magnetic adhesion to the heatbed. This improved stability helps minimize warping and reduces the risk of first-layer detachment during printing.

It is especially beneficial when printing larger models or warp-prone materials such as ABS, PC, and Nylon.

Distinctive Textured Surface Finish

The textured PEI surface is created using a powder-coating process, resulting in a durable, rugged finish. This texture produces a unique first-layer appearance while maintaining consistent adhesion across the build area.

Ideal for users who prefer a matte, textured bottom surface on printed parts.
