The improved manufacturing process of the Bambu Textured PEI Plate boosts its durability while providing excellent first-layer adhesion, often eliminating the need for additional adhesives.* For some specialty filaments, a layer of glue may still be required.

Reliable Magnetic Adhesion


The 0.5mm-thick stainless steel plate provides strong magnetic attachment to prevent warping and first-layer detachment. It ensures consistent print quality, even with large prints or materials prone to warping like ABS, PC, and Nylon.

 

Textured Surface Finish


With a specialized powder-coating process, the Bambu Textured PEI Plate adds a unique textured finish to your first layer, giving your prints a refined and rugged surface right from the start.

Self-Release When Cooled Down



PEI is designed to withstand repeated heating and cooling cycles on a 3D printer heatbed, allowing printed parts to release naturally as the plate cools.


Once the heatbed temperature reaches 35°C or lower, prints typically detach easily. If adhesion remains, gently flexing the spring steel plate will allow the model to release cleanly without tools.
