8–10 Meter Gradient Transition Length



The gradient transition typically spans 8–10 meters of filament. Smaller prints that consume less material may show only subtle color variation, while larger models with greater filament usage will display a more noticeable gradient effect across the print.

Bambu PLA Basic Gradient supports printing speeds of up to 300 mm/s when using a 0.4 mm nozzle. Even at high speeds, it maintains clean layer lines and a refined surface finish, making it suitable for both fast production and visually detailed models.

RFID for Intelligent Printing Setup



Each spool includes embedded RFID data containing the recommended printing parameters. When used with the Bambu Lab AMS (Automatic Material System), the printer can automatically read the settings, allowing users to load the filament and start printing without manual configuration.

1. PLA Basic Gradient is a new color options of PLA Basic series. Please use the default PLA Basic setting for printing. To obtain higher printing quality, please set lower printing speed (layers speed and acceleration).

2. Drying PLA Basic Gradient is optional. Recommended drying condition is 55 ℃ for 8 hours in a blast drying oven, and 75 ℃ for 12 hours on printer’s heatbed. Learn more about filament drying. Please refer to Filament drying coveron WIKI.

3. Gradient Length: 8 ~ 10 meters
