Carbon Fiber Reinforced PA6 Material

Bambu PA6-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced Nylon 6 filament designed for high-performance applications. The carbon fiber reinforcement significantly enhances stiffness and strength, making it well suited for functional and structural parts used in dry environments.

Superior Strength and Stiffness

Engineered as part of Bambu Lab’s high-performance filament lineup, PA6-CF delivers outstanding stiffness and mechanical strength in dry conditions. It is an excellent choice for printing load-bearing components such as fixtures, clamps, and mechanical structures.

Impact and Vibration Resistance

Bambu PA6-CF provides reliable impact resistance and vibration damping, helping printed parts maintain integrity under dynamic loads. This makes it suitable for applications involving collision, repeated movement, or mechanical stress.

Exceptional Thermal Resistance

With excellent heat resistance, PA6-CF can maintain dimensional stability and mechanical performance at elevated temperatures, supporting demanding engineering and automotive applications.

• Drying conditions: 80℃ for 10 hrs. PA6-CF is highly sensitive to humidity. To achieve optimal printing performance, it is recommended further drying before use and after storage. For more details please refer to: Filament drying instructions on WIKI.

• Bambu PA6-CF will experience a decrease in strength and stiffness after absorbing water, making it not recommended for printing models with high requirements for strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability, especially thin and elongated models. The prints of PA6-CF usually become tougher and more resistant to impacts, drops, and collisions when they get damp, you can dampen and soften the prints in advance if the model requires high toughness.

• When printing a model with support, it is necessary to remove the support structure within 2 hours to prevent it from being difficult to remove after being damp and softened. Please dry the prints and let them cool down if it is difficult to remove the support, and then remove the support in time.

• Fully impregnating the surface of the prints with paint, wax and other water-proof coatings can inhibit water absorption and prevent them from becoming soft.
