Hardened Steel Dual-Gear Extrusion


The extruder unit features dual hardened steel gears that precisely feed filament into the hotend. Compared to standard gears, hardened steel offers higher extrusion force, improved grip, and excellent resistance to wear.

Thanks to the high-strength dual-gear design, the extruder unit effectively prevents filament slippage and abrasion. This makes it fully capable of handling tough engineering materials such as carbon fiber nylon and glass fiber nylon.
