Say Goodbye to Print Failures

The SuperTack coating provides ultra-strong adhesion to PLA and PETG filaments, even at lower heatbed temperatures.

The Surface is in Bad Shape? No Problem!

The SuperTack coating maintains strong adhesion even when the build plate surface shows wear, scratches, or minor damage.

It ensures reliable first-layer bonding in less-than-perfect conditions, helping maintain print success over time.

Reduces Warping when Printing Large Objects

The SuperTack coating provides consistent adhesion across large surface areas, helping to minimize edge lifting and warping during printing.

This makes it ideal for printing large models that require stable first-layer adhesion and dimensional accuracy.

Long Lasting Performance

The SuperTack coating is highly durable and retains its adhesive properties even after extensive use. With less than 20% adhesion loss after 300 prints, it offers a longer lifespan for the build plate.

This durability reduces replacement frequency, lowers overall printing costs, and contributes to reduced carbon emissions.

Smooth & Natural Surface Finish

The SuperTack coating produces a smooth and matte texture on the bottom surface of printed objects, improving visual quality and allowing better blending with surrounding surfaces.

Energy Saving

The SuperTack coating requires only a low heatbed temperature to achieve strong adhesion. This significantly reduces energy consumption during printing.

Lower energy usage helps reduce electricity costs while also supporting more environmentally friendly printing practices.

How to Remove Prints from SuperTack

Use the scraper included with your printer to gently lift the print, then pry it off carefully without damaging the coating.

If the print is sticking too tightly, heat the build plate on the heatbed to approximately 50°C to assist with easier removal.
